Shipping Policy

Orders can be shipped only to a single address mentioned at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

If an order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we would request you provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Folkulture, in such cases, Folkulture will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

Folkulture attempts to ship all items in a single order together, however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Folkulture orders are shipped via USPS & UPS on business days (Monday through Friday 8:30-17:30, excluding major holidays).  We are currently offering Free Shipping on all of our products except the promotional products which are usually offered at deep discounts. Your order is important to us, which is why we make sure that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered to your doorstep.

Folkulture will free-ship each order within 5-7 business days within United States only for all prepaid orders. However, in some cases, it may take more days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

We are currently utilizing Amazon.com for the fulfillment of all orders. After you have completed your order on our website, a confirmation e-mail listing the details of your order will be sent to the address you provided. The e-mail will serve as a receipt for your purchase.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact our Customer support at support@folkulture.com, alternatively, the customer can also call [+91 8050317676] mentioning your order ID. Folkulture will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
